Sending a firearm for repair:
Per federal regulation customers are able to ship firearms directly to use for repair. Non FFL holders are not able to send handguns though US Postal Service. Please submit these firearms though FED EX or UPS. Please do not send live ammo or unneeded accessories as this reduces errors and increases safety during the process. Please include a note identifying the issue. All repaired firearms will be mailed directly back to the sender of the firearm. Please contact a PCO associate before shipping a firearm to register a project in our system. PCO Intl will return any shipment not confirmed in our system in advanced.
Note: that if major repairs such as the replacement of a frame or receive might require that the firearms are returned though a transfer with a licensed FFL dealer in your area.
